1. DON'T FALL OVER IN THE RABBIT RUN.
2. Don't wear too much layers in paintball because you get very hot.
3. Try wear a long wetsuit in rafting because you get cuts and bruises all over your legs!
4. Don't freak out when sleeping in the bivouacs there are no pigs!
5. Bring a towel on the tramp because you go for a swim.
6. Try go out of your comfort zone and try heaps of stuff.
7. Try get Mr Hart in your paintball team.
8. Run up the paintball hill so Mr Hart doesn't shoot you.
