I disclaimer is a thing where you can't sue the company if anything happens for for example if the book said to do 2 hours exercise per day and when a parents kid was doing exercise he fell of his bike and died they can't sue the book for the advice that they give you.

What are 3 medical conditions which can develop as a result of being overweight in childhood?
Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol


3. What is the recommendation for
- television? Limited television to no more then 2 hours a day
- rewards for good behaviour? Reward good behaviour with heath treats rather then sweets
- number of meals and snacks per day? 2
- exercise? Take 2 hours for exercise per day
-salt? choose foods low in salt
