Waitangi day

On the 6th of February, 1840 The treaty of Waitangi was signed by 40 chiefs, and the british crown in the bay of islands, New Zealand but over time over 500 more people signed the treaty.

The people carrying the banner saying 'honour the treaty' were protesting because the treaty wasn't getting honoured enough, so in 1970 more people signed the treaty.
