Why is Mr Diver such a successful principal?

Mr Diver is such a successful principal because he has very high expectations. Firstly he attends sport trainings regularly and tells the students to work harder and motivates them to be the best they can be. When training for soccer AIMS early in the morning he will approach the team and tell us to be more mongrel and tough. Secondly he aims to have everything top notch. He will make it clear before an exchange or sporting events that everything has to be neat and tidy. Hair tied up, zipped up jackets, no rolled up track pants. Everything to be perfect and on display. Finally Mr Diver likes to win. At after school trainings for netball he will ask us our latest results and if it is a lose he will not be happy. He likes to push us hard so we can win every possible game to be on the top. That is why Mr Brian Diver is such a successful principal.
